Ohio State offers 2024 3-star OT Jameson Riggs

Hiram (Ga.) three-star offensive tackle Jameson Riggs received an offer from Ohio State on Saturday. He announced the news over social media.

Riggs is the No. 402 overall prospect and No. 21 offensive tackle in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 50 player in Georgia.

The 6-foot-5, 280-pound recruit holds 24 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Clemson is leading for his commitment at 52.4%.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

The Buckeyes have three commitments in their 2024 recruiting class. They are Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna Prep five-star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith, New Palestine (Ind.) four-star interior offensive lineman Ian Moore and Sunbury (Ohio) Big Walnut four-star linebacker Garrett Stover.
