2024 4-star cornerback Xavier Filsaime offered by Oklahoma
2024 McKinney (Texas) four-star cornerback Xavier Filsaime has received an offer from Oklahoma. He announced the news Wednesday night over social media.
Filsaime, a 5-foot-11.5, 180 pound defensive back, is the No. 127 overall prospect and No. 15 cornerback in the 2024 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 23 player in Texas.
On3’s rankings rate him even higher as the No. 79 overall prospect, No. 9 cornerback and No. 16 player in Texas.
Oklahoma’s 2024 recruiting class does not currently include any commitments. However, the Sooners’ 2023 group has 17 commitments and ranks No. 10 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings.
Filsaime’s only unofficial visit of his recruiting process was today at Oklahoma. He has received 16 offers from multiple programs across college football including Oklahoma, Baylor, Florida State and LSU among others.

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the Sooners have the best chance to land Filsaime’s commitment at 53%. SMU has the next-highest odds at 4.2%.
The RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.
Filsaime has an On3 NIL Valuation of $64K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
