Oklahoma guard Duke Miles is entering the NCAA Transfer Portal, On3’s Joe Tipton has learned. He averaged 9.4 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists for the Sooners during the 2024-25 season.

That served as his fifth season at the college level. Previously, he’s also played for Troy from 2020-23, and High Point from 2023-24. Now, after a single season in Norman, Miles will be looking to play elsewhere for the 2025-26 campaign.

Miles played high school basketball at Percy L. Julian (Montgomery, AL). He was a recruit in the 2019 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He did not have a star rating out of high school.

Time will tell where Miles heads this offseason. His time at Oklahoma was brief, but he showcased some talent. There will certainly be suitors for the guard in the transfer portal.

More on the Oklahoma Sooners, NCAA Transfer Portal

In addition to Duke Miles, a couple other Oklahoma players have entered the portal, as well. Power forward Jacolb Cole is moving on from the Sooners, as well as center Luke Northweather.

Cole spent the last two years with the Sooners. He redshirted his first year on campus, but saw some game action this past season. All in all, Cole played in 15 games, but averaged just 4.6 minutes per game.

As a member of the Class of 2023, Cole was a four-star recruit out of Bellaire (Texas) Link Academy (Mo.), according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 5 overall prospect in Missouri, the No. 23 forward in the class and the No. 119 overall prospect in the class.

Meanwhile, Northweather spent the past three seasons with the Sooners as a redshirt sophomore in Norman. He redshirted as a freshman before appearing in 55 games as a reserve the last two years at OU.

In total, Northweather has averaged 2.4 points (41.9% FG, 31.3% 3PT) and 1.4 rebounds. That includes some slight improvement this season with his statistics up to 2.7 points (42.9% FG, 34% 3PT) and 1.5 rebounds in just over 11 minutes per game.
