Oklahoma offers 4-star Louisiana cornerback Curley Reed

Oklahoma has extended an offer to Lake Charles (La.) Lake Charles College Prep four-star cornerback Curley Reed.
Reed is currently the No. 110 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He is the 10th-best cornerback in the class and ninth-best player from the state of Louisiana.
Las Vegas Desert Pines four-star wide receiver DeAndre Moore Jr., Denton (Texas) Guyer four-star quarterback Jackson Arnold and Durango (Colo.) three-star interior offensive lineman Joshua Bates are the three commits in the Sooners 2023 recruiting class.

Arnold committed to Oklahoma on Monday.
“Honestly I just loved the campus and environment,” Arnold said. “Also, I’ve been in contact with Coach (Jeff) Lebby for almost a year now. So I already had a really strong relationship with him.”
TCU also offered Reed a scholarship Tuesday. The Horned Frogs have two recruits in the 2023 cycle in Mesquite (Texas) North Mesquite four-star wide receiver Cordale Russell and Denton (Texas) Ryan wide receiver Jordyn Bailey.
