More on Oklahoma returning to Men’s College World Series
Oklahoma began their hot streak during the Big 12 Tournament, winning it all in Arlington with the championship coming over their arch-rival, Texas. While there was some thought that the Sooner would host a regional, they ended up as a two-seed in the Gainesville Regional.
An opening win against Liberty led to three straight against the Florida, where Oklahoma won the winner-take-all Game 7 on Monday.
Now, after getting past Oklahoma they will be heading to the Men’s College World Series for the first time since 2010.
