Oklahoma Women's Soccer celebrates the commitment of 5-star S Peyton Bowen
Denton (Texas) Guyer five-star safety Peyton Bowen will be an Oklahoma Sooner. Bowen signed with head coach Brent Venables and his staff after flipping from Oregon on Wednesday.
Following his decision, Oklahoma Women’s Soccer team sent out a tweet featuring a photo of Emma Alvord, Bowen’s girlfriend who is committed to the Sooners. Alford also attends Denton Guyer.
Regarding Bowen, he is the No. 13 overall prospect and No. 2 safety in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 3 player in Texas.
On3 rates Bowen higher than other recruiting services, per the Industry Comparison. According to the 2023 On300, he is the No. 2 player in Texas.
