2023 offensive lineman Isaiah Kema commits to Oklahoma State

Wolfforth (Texas) Frenship three-star offensive lineman Isaiah Kema has committed to Oklahoma State, he announced on Monday.

The 6-foot-4, 298-pounder chose the Cowboys over offers from Texas A&M, Kansas, Texas Tech, California and a handful of other programs.

“First off I want to thank my Heavenly Father for giving me the abilities to play this great game,” he wrote on Twitter. “I also want to thank my family who was there with me through the years of the recruiting process. Secondly, I want to thank all coaches and staff members who recruited and made me feel welcome. I also want to thank Oklahoma State University for giving me an opportunity to further my academic and athletic career at a great university. I want thank my new offensive line coach Dickie for going out of his way to get to know me and my family on a daily and weekly basis. Also want to thank Coach Gundy for welcoming me and creating a great culture/environment that truly made me feel like family. I felt at home when I was on my visit in Stillwater and I am very proud and happy to say I have committed to Oklahoma State University! I am excited to be part of the cowboy family! Go Pokes.”

Kema is the No. 761 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 71 offensive lineman and the No. 129 recruit in the state of Texas.

He is the Cowboys’ 16th commitment in the 2023 cycle.
