Oklahoma State’s Connor Dow saw limited action in his first two seasons in Stillwater. Now, he’ll be looking to play elsewhere as an upperclassman with his entry into the portal this morning.

Dow has entered his name into the NCAA Transfer Portal, On3 has learned. That makes him the first transfer decision of the offseason so far for Oklahoma State.

Dow appeared in 51 games, including eight starts, over his two years with the Cowboys. He averaged 1.8 points (32.3% FG, 28.6% 3PT) and 1.4 rebounds in those outings with the ‘Pokes. His best performance while with the program actually came just two weeks ago in its lone game of the Big 12 Tournament. Dow scored a dozen points off four three-pointers made in a loss to Cincinnati.

Dow, a native of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma just an hour or so east of Stillwater, was one spot outside the Top 250 as a three-star prospect back in the 2023 cycle. He was also rated as the No. 51 SF and the No. 4 player out of the state in that class. That’s according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. That made him their lowest-rated commitment in a class of five signees that was Top-20 in On3’s 2023 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.

Again, Dow is the only portal entry for Oklahoma State to this point with the latest transfer cycle starting earlier this week. However, with their season ending just two days ago in the quarterfinals of the NIT, more could be coming for the Cowboys after Dow.
