4-star safety Marvin Burks Jr. commits to Ole Miss

St. Louis (Mo.) Cardinal Ritter College Prep four-star safety Marvin Burks Jr. has announced his commitment to Ole Miss.

He chose the Rebels over LSU, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas A&M.

Burks Jr. is the No. 337 overall prospect and No. 30 safety in the 2023 recruiting class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 10 player in Missouri.

On3 rates Burks Jr. higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2023 On300, he is the No. 295 overall prospect, No. 24 safety and No. 9 player in Missouri.
