Former Virginia Tech TE Dae'Quan Wright commits to Ole Miss
Former Virginia Tech tight end Dae’Quan Wright committed to Ole Miss, according to a post on his Instagram page.
Wright played in 19 total games over the last two years for the Hokies. He finished his time in Blacksburg with 47 catches, 574 yards and 12.2 yards per catch. He did not score a touchdown.
As a member of the Class of 2022, Wright was a three-star recruit out of Perry (Ga.) High, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He was the No. 54 overall prospect in the state, the No. 29 tight end in the class and the No. 540 overall prospect in the class.
