4-star linebacker Suntarine Perkins commits to Ole Miss

Suntarine Perkins is staying home.
The four-star Raleigh (Miss.) linebacker announced Sunday afternoon on Twitter that he has committed to Ole Miss.
“Well I have finally made my decision,” Perkins wrote. “First off I wanna thank God for giving me the ability to play the game I love. Second I wanna thank my parents and my family for raising me to be the young man I am today. Also, I wanna thank my coaches and players for the support and love.” Below that, Perkins posted a graphic of him in and Ole Miss uniform with the word “Committed.”

The 6-foot-1, 200-pounder committed to the Rebels over offers from Arkansas, Mississippi State, Florida State, South Carolina and others. Suntarine Perkins is Ole Miss’s first commitment in the 2023 class.
