Lane Kiffin is a social media superstar, at least in the college football world. Fans across the country love how honest the Ole Miss head coach is. There is no filter on him, especially when calling out his fellow SEC opponents on current happenings.

However, Kiffin may be unlocking a new area of the internet with his recent interactions. He’s been tweeting back and forth with Hasbulla, a Russian social media personality. Hasbulla is one of the more popular figures out there, with people across the world loving his content.

Rarely does Hasbulla interact with people, having a tight circle he trusts. But Kiffin has apparently made his way into it, with a potential trip being worked up. When Kiffin tweeted out a graphic with Hasbulla wearing “Come To The Sip” gear, the Ole Miss’ typical recruiting pitch.

Hasbulla quote tweeted it and said he is working on making his way to Oxford in the near future. You can check out the full tweet here.

The graphic Kiffin posted shows Hasbulla leading Ole Miss onto the field at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. That itself would be quite the scene but especially if he was there against an SEC opponent. Kiffin has asked for fans to pack the stadium and getting Hasbulla surely would help get the student section hyped up.

Ole Miss has a few high-profile home games this season, beginning on Sept. 30 against LSU. Arkansas and Texas A&M come to Oxford as well, with all three being key SEC West games. Hasbulla would certainly be walking into a new experience.

Maybe Hasbulla even hits the Grove, a true staple of gameday at Ole Miss. The possibilities are endless for what would be an incredible crossover. And certainly, one nobody had on their bingo card for the 2023 season.

Lane Kiffin continues to deliver on social media

Kiffin is unlike anything we have seen on social media from a college football head coach. Nobody else in the country is going to be as active and casual. He uses Twitter as a place to push the Ole Miss brand while continually poking fun at his peers, defending Nick Saban, or apparently, talking to Hasbulla.

Many might shut everything down once the season begins but Kiffin will continue to deliver. Hilarious moments after hilarious moments will continue to pile on, just adding to the soap opera that can be SEC football.
