AJ Storr is well-traveled through his prep career going into his senior season in college. That includes his latest program with him committing to come to The ‘Sip.

Storr has committed to transfer to Ole Miss, On3 has learned. That news comes per On3’s Pete Nakos on Tuesday.

Storr has played three collegiate seasons with three programs in St. John’s, Wisconsin, and Kansas. He has played in 103 career games, 57 of those being starts, for the Red Storm, Badgers, and Jayhawks while averaging 10.7 points (42.3% FG, 33.7% 3PT) and 2.6 rebounds per game. His career-best season of those was with the Badgers as a sophomore in posting 16.8 points (43.4% FG, 32% 3PT) and 3.9 rebounds as a selection as All-Big Ten.

Storr transferred the first time in leaving Queens following their coaching change from Mike Anderson to Rick Pitino. The second time, though, was to capitalize on that season in Madison by testing for the draft and entering the portal as he became one of the top transfers available. However, that didn’t work out in Lawrence as Storr disappointed with stats of 6.1 points (38.4% FG, 29.1% 3PT) and 1.7 rebounds in 34 games, just four of those being starts, for KU.

Storr, a native of Rockford, Illinois, played in high school at multiple programs like Bishop Gorman, AZ Compass Prep, and IMG Academy. Still, by the end, he was the No. 108 overall recruit as a four-star in 2022. That’s according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Now, in his latest transfer, Storr is one of the higher-rated names per the most recent update to On3’s Industry Ranking of 2025’s Top Transfer Portal Players. He is at No. 84 overall as the No. 21 SG. That’s after being a top-ten transfer and top-five shooting guard in 2024.

Storr is the second addition during this portal cycle for Ole Miss. They’ve also picked up a commitment just over a week ago from Corey Chest (LSU). They’re now parts of the roster rebuild by the Rebels this offseason with Sean Pedulla, Jaemyn Brakefield, Matthew Murrell, Jaylen Murry, Dre Davis, Davon Barnes, and Mikeal Brown-Jones all out of eligibility and two players of their own also entering the portal.
