WATCH: Knox Kiffin leads sideline celebration for JJ Pegues touchdown with fire extinguisher

Lane Kiffin’s son, Knox Kiffin, got to lead the sideline fire extinguisher celebration after a touchdown by defensive lineman JJ Pegues. Pegues scored the first touchdown of the game for the Rebels in the Egg Bowl, as the 6-foot-2, 315-pound lineman broke out for a wide-open touchdown catch on a play-action designed to get him free.
The team then took to celebrate the big-man touchdown in their famous way by emptying a fire extinguisher in the air over their sideline and going nuts. The cameras caught the moment as usual, with a special guest appearance from Knox Kiffin as the person spraying the extinguisher’s contents all over the place.

The Egg Bowl is always a heated contest between Ole Miss and Mississippi State, but the complete wildness of the matchup was perfectly captured in that moment with the coach’s son leading the players in their party.
The Bulldogs didn’t take long to answer on their own side however, scoring a touchdown of their own before the first half ended to cut the Rebels lead down to 16-14. Despite his father and the rest of the team having plenty to focus on in the second half, the moment of Pegues scoring and Knox leading the party will last for a long time in the minds of college football fans.
