LOOK: Lane Kiffin, dog provide update from 'Juice Fest' event
It’s Juice Fest at Ole Miss this weekend, which means Juice Kiffin — Lane Kiffin’s dog — is center stage. Friday night, Juice had an update from the big recruiting weekend on Twitter.
It started with a tweet from Kiffin of Juice laying on the ground, apparently tuckered out from a long day of recruiting.
“Nite [sic] is young pup!!!” Kiffin tweeted. “LFG it’s JuiceFest no time to sleep.”
That’s when Juice retweeted the tweet, touting his recruiting prowess.
“I got us 3 commits and maybe more to come what else do you want?” Juice tweeted.
Juice Fest is Ole Miss’ last recruiting weekend of the year as the Rebels try and land some last-minute commitments and maybe flip some commits. Ole Miss is hosting 12 On3 Consensus four-star prospects from the classes of 2023, 2024 and 2025, according to OM Spirit’s Zach Berry, who has live updates all weekend long.

Ole Miss lands commitment as Juice Fest recruiting weekend gets underway
Juice Fest officially got underway Friday and Ole Miss received a commitment right out of the gate.
Jamarious Brown, a highly touted defensive lineman prospect, announced his commitment to the Rebels on Friday night. He’s a four-star recruit and the class of 2023’s No. 5-ranked prospect in the state of Mississippi, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He also held offers from Alabama, Texas and Florida State, among others.
Brown is the fifth commitment from Ole Miss’ 2023 class. The group is highlighted by linebacker Suntarine Perkins — a four-star linebacker and the No. 73 player in the nation, according to the On3 Consensus. All told, the Rebels have six recruits committed from the class of 2023 and hope to land some more as Juice Fest goes on this weekend.
