Alabama head coach Nick Saban is one of the most public figures in all of college football. He’s also an emotional coach, who wears his thoughts and feelings on his sleeve during games. In the internet age, this has always made him the target for memes. Former Saban assistant Lane Kiffin knows that.

Lane Kiffin, now the head coach at Ole Miss, has always loved to troll other coaches–Nick Saban being a favorite of his to tease. He recently decided to give a hilarious quote tweet to a Saban meme on Twitter.

“Remembering all the good times we had together,” Lane Kiffin tweeted.

The question is where does this rank among Lane Kiffin trolls, especially his trolls over Nick Saban?

In June 2021, Georgia coach Kirby Smart was Lane Kiffin’s target in a pro-Saban meme, which showed Saban holding Smart as a baby for Father’s Day. Back in May, Kiffin trolled Saban for his feud with Texas A&M coach Jimbo Fisher. He tweeted out that his dog was the only one who got kicked out of SEC meetings, asking what the odds were. Then, there was the time that Kiffin showed off his new license plate, which was registered in Alabama with a Crimson Tide vanity plate that said, “RATPSN,” or rat poison.

Lane Kiffin isn’t going to stop trolling Nick Saban, at least not any time soon. Even Alabama beating Ole Miss hasn’t put a damper on Kiffin. Why should it in the future?
