LOOK: Lane Kiffin poses for prom picture with Oxford High students
Everyone remembers their high school prom, but Lane Kiffin gifted the students of Oxford High School with a prom photo that’s far from average. As the Ole Miss coach continues to be a joy to follow on Twitter, he shouted out students preparing for one of the most exciting night of their high school lives, wishing them an amazing prom with a group photo.
“Have an amazing prom neighborhood!!! @OxfordHighSch #ComeToTheSip,” Kiffin captioned the photograph.
While it looks like Kiffin was only in attendance for the pre-prom pictures, one has to wonder how the Ole Miss coach would’ve been as a prom chaperone. Instead of a cranky, old math teacher wrecking the vibe, Kiffin could’ve definitely cut up a rug at the event.
Oh well, Ole Miss faithful will settle for Lane Kiffin bringing the Rebels back to glory. That’d likely suffice.

While Lane Kiffin wished a fun prom to the students of Oxford High School, he also had a busy weekend with country music star Riley Green. The Ole Miss coach may have reeled in his biggest fish yet from the transfer portal, having received a commitment from Alabama-based country music star in a playful video.
“I’m feeling good about it, I’m thinking Ole Miss,” joked Green, in the video released by Kiffin. “I’m taking my talents to Ole Miss. See y’all there.”
Kiffin and his impressive Twitter game doesn’t miss. He knew he had to get that video out for all of Alabama to see.

“LFG new 5 star transfer @RileyGreenMusic #ToTheSip @OleMissFB sorry @AlabamaFTBL,” tweeted Kiffin.
While Green may be associated with the State of Alabama — even having “from the great state of Alabama” in his Twitter bio — he was repping Ole Miss all weekend. Prior to chopping it up with Kiffin, Green was featured at the showdown between the Crimson Tide and the Rebels on the baseball field.
As you can see, Ole Miss had Green draped in Ole Miss apparel, complete with a jersey and all. It’s easy to see why the Rebels were able to flip the commitment, and get the country music star to stick with Ole Miss.
For Ole Miss and Riley Green, it’s just Different ‘Round Here. While Green won’t stop repping his home state, his trip to Oxford won’t be soon forgotten in Tuscaloosa.
