2026 QB Noah Schuback has an early offer from Ole Miss
Hoover (Ala.) quarterback Noah Schuback is only a freshman. However, his recruiting process has already heated up, with visits and camps at Alabama, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Texas Tech.
Schuback is very interested in the Rebels. He was in Oxford over the summer and attended two games this season, including the Egg Bowl.
“I like (head coach) Lane (Kiffin),” Schuback told On3. “He’s great with the younger kids, and all the NIL stuff there. Jaxson Dart‘s been lighting it up.”
Schuback knew that Ole Miss was a “good program” before his trips there. That is because he watched the Rebels a lot when he was growing up. Two coaches who stand out to Schuback are Kiffin and co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Charlie Weis Jr.
“I’d like to go there and play with Charlie Weis and be under Lane,” Schuback said. “It’d be great.”

“I like the coaching staff,” he also shared. “They’re great with me. I like how they work. They work intensely and they’re really hard-working.”
In 2022, Hoover’s quest for a state title fell short at the hands of Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson. Schuback saw time in six games and threw for 541 yards and four touchdowns on 41-of-62 passing.
Right now, Schuback is very optimistic about his football future. Additionally, he is excited to have interest from multiple programs early on in his career.
“When I came into Hoover, I just wanted to grind it out,” Schuback said. “I knew I had the potential to start as a freshman and I just wanted to go get it. I knew the offers would come.”
