WATCH: Lane Kiffin goes wild after calling go-ahead TD play
Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin channeled a familiar touchdown celebration on Saturday afternoon at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.
On a go-ahead, 68-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Matt Corral to Braylon Sanders with just over one minute remaining in the game, the coach tossed his clipboard. Into the air. Again.
Kiffin did the same thing last season on a game-winning touchdown pass from Corral to former Rebels wide receiver Elijah Moore against South Carolina.
The score against the Razorbacks put the Rebels up 52-45 in a wild shootout in Oxford. Arkansas stormed back and scored a touchdown. They went for two and failed, making the final 52-51.
The game had nearly 1,300 yards of total offense and 60 first downs. Both teams had over 300 yards on the ground, the first time that has happened in the SEC this year.
Ole Miss is now 4-1 on the season and 1-1 in the SEC. They travel to Knoxville next weekend to take on a hot Tennessee team.

Popcorn saga continues with Kiffin
After Kiffin and Ole Miss solidified the win, Kiffin made a hilarious call-back comment in the postgame ESPN interview.
“Finally, we can go have some popcorn,” Kiffin said.
Kiffin’s postgame “popcorn” comment was in reference to his pregame interview last weekend against Alabama. Minutes before kickoff, Kiffin in the CBS pregame interview told viewers to “get your popcorn ready,” before dropping the mic and walking away midway through the follow-up question.
It was a quick turnaround for Alabama mascot “Big Al,” who started trolling Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels as the Crimson Tide led 42-14 in the fourth quarter.
Days later, Kiffin took it a step further. He went so far as to turn his popcorn comment into a promotional aspect, as the Ole Miss Rebels athletics department rewarded the first 5,000 fans to visit select stands against Arkansas with free popcorn.
