Get your popcorn ready. Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin will likely not stop hearing that phrase for a long time. Credit to him for embracing it and turning it into a positive.

Ole Miss fans get to hear it yet again this week in the hype video the school dropped ahead of their much anticipated matchup with the Tennessee Volunteers on Saturday. Kiffin was the head coach of the Volunteers back in 2009 for one season.

The video rehashes over some old highlights of the rivalry and even mentions former Ole Miss legend Dexter McCluster.

Kiffin spoke earlier this week about his much anticipated return to Knoxville and downplayed it. A reporter asked him if there was any added pressure from the opposing fan bases.

“I would think that, I think you would think that would normally be the case,” said Kiffin. “But there’s two things here: One, it’s a long time ago, and two – we’ve done this thing.”

He continued: “Since USC I’ve gone and played against USC, I’ve played against Tennessee, I’ve played against Alabama. So it’s not like all the sudden your going ‘hey. All the sudden you’re going back to a place [you’ve] coached [at], too.’ And again, I went there twice at Alabama.”

After starting their season 4-1, the Rebels have climbed up the national rankings to No. 13 in the nation. Last week’s 52-51 classic showed the high octane Ole Miss offensive attack was back and humming like a well oiled machine.

There were over 1,200 total yards of offense put up in that game and over 100 points. Pure video game numbers.

This weekend could be yet another shootout as Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker seems to have found his stride with the Vols’ offense lately.

Against South Carolina, the transfer from Virginia Tech completed 17-of-23 passing attempts for 225 passing yards, while tossing three touchdowns and no interceptions. The gifted dual-threat quarterback also ran for over 60 yards and a touchdown against the Gamecocks.

With two ultra-talented quarterbacks like Matt Corral and Hendon Hooker squaring off, the scoreboard could light up early and often in this one.

Per The Solid Verbal, the Ole Miss-Tennessee matchup is projected to score no less than 75 combined points based on expected yards and points per play.

The hype video is right, pull up a seat, and get your popcorn ready. Ole Miss will face Tennessee on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. EST in Knoxville, Tennessee.
