2022 Offensive Tackle Joshua Conerly Jr. commits to Oregon
Four-star offensive tackle Josh Conerly Jr. of Seattle (Wash.) Rainier Beach has announced his commitment to Oregon on Friday night.
The 6-foot-5, 283 pounder chose the Ducks over USC, Michigan, Oklahoma, Miami, and Washington.
The decision did not come easy for Conerly, as it came down to the wire ultimately between USC and Oregon.
“It was definitely the hardest choice I’ve had to make in my life,” Conerly said. “I mean choosing Eugene over LA is a tough choice but I feel like I’m making the best decision for myself.”

Conerly has strong relationships with coaching staff at Oregon
“The relationships that I built with coach Klemm and Lenning are second to none, and it’s the farthest home away from home,” Conerly said. “This is who I feel like I can learn the best from and connect the most.”
Conerly is ranked as the No. 45 player in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally-weighted industry generated average that accounts for all four recruiting services. He also ranks as the 5th best offensive tackle in the country and the top player in Washington.
