Class of 2024 quarterback Luke Moga of Phoenix (AZ) Sunnyslope High announced his commitment to Oregon Friday afternoon.

The 6-foot-2, 200 pounder chose the Ducks over Miami, Michigan State, and others.

Moga on why he chose Oregon

“The entire staff recruiting me stood out,” Moga said. “Obviously the offensive staff made me a priority in coach Lanning and coach Stein, but the defensive staff coach Tosh was emphasizing how important to the program I am. That’s the first school to do that for me. The resources to make you successful on and off the field are top of the line. My family and I have been there and they have made it feel like home.”

Relationship with coaching staff + their plan for Luke Moga

“Coach Lanning, Stein, and coach Kam Araghi, that’s my guy,” Moga said. “Their plan is to coach me hard and develop me, but then let me go free in that offense and help me get to the end goal of the NFL.”

The Arizona quarterback joins coach Dan Lanning and the Ducks’ top 12 class in the 2024 team rankings. He is accompanied by four-star wide receiver Jordan Anderson, four-star safety Aaron Flowers, and others.
