Four-Star LB Kamar Mothudi commits to Oregon
Four-star linebacker Kamar Mothudi of Los Angeles (CA) Los Alamitos High announced his commitment to Oregon Tuesday night.
The 6-foot-3, 230 pounder chose the Ducks over Washington, Michigan State, and Utah.
Mothudi on why he chose Oregon
“The reason I committed to Oregon is because I knew once I stopped playing football I would be taken care of by them. Everyone has nice facilities and stadiums, but not everyone is gonna develop me in all aspects of life and truly take care of me.”
Relationship with coaching staff + their plan for him
“I would say I have a great relationship with Coach Tosh and Coach B Mike. Those are my guys and I love how they are as coaches and how they teach me the game. They plan on using me as a true inside linebacker with potential to drop back in coverage on long downs.”
Mothudi ranks as the No. 245 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 24 linebacker and the No. 23 player in the state of California.

The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
