Mansfield (Texas) Timberview four-star safety Landon Hullaby tells On3 he has decommitted from Oregon. The move comes less than a week until National Signing Day. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Hullaby was committed to the Ducks February.

Hullaby sent the following statement to On3 about his decommitment:

First off, I would like to start by thanking Coach Cristobal, Coach Yates, and the whole Oregon family for the great opportunity they gave me to be great at the next level.

After long thoughts and prayers I found in my best interest to decommit from the University of Oregon and reopen my recruitment.

Oregon is still a school I will be considering, but at this time my recruitment is back open. Thank you.

The On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that uses all four major recruiting services, currently ranks Hullaby as the nation’s No. 380 overall prospect, the No. 33 safety, and the No. 55 player in Texas for 2022.
