Oregon tight end Casey Kelly plans to enter the NCAA transfer portal according to On3’s Pete Nakos.

Kelly re-enters the transfer portal after joining the Oregon program last offseason, spending the first four seasons of his college career at Ole Miss.

He followed in the footsteps of his brother Chad Kelly out of high school, who started at quarterback for the Rebels in 2014 and 2015. After redshirting in his freshman season, Kelly hauled in 28 receptions for 282 yards and three touchdowns for Ole Miss before transferring to Oregon.

He appeared in all 13 games in his lone season with the Ducks, recording five receptions for 43 yards and two touchdowns in the 2023 season.

Kelly played high school football at Buffalo (NY) Mallard Creek, where he was an unrated, unranked recruit in the 2019 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
