Penn State has extended an offer to one of the top quarterbacks in the 2024 cycle, four-star prospect Dylan Raiola out of Chandler (Ariz.) High.

Raiola has a bevy of offers from many of the nations best, including Alabama, Baylor, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Nebraska, Ohio State, Oregon, TCU, Texas, Texas Tech and USC, among others.

He is the No. 14 overall prospect in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Charlotte (N.C.) Catawba Ridge four-star prospect Jadyn Davis, who is also the No. 1 ranked player in the On3 Consensus, is the only quarterback to be ranked ahead of Davis.

On3 does not rank high school sophomores but Raiola was one of just 18 players to receive a grade of 91 in On3’s 2024 watchlist.

Dylan Raiola is the son of former Detroit Lions offensive lineman Dominic Raiola.

Dominic Raiola had a legendary career when Nebraska was in the Big 12 from 1998-2000. In his final season, he was a consensus All-American and Rimington Trophy award winner.
