After getting Burnett to Happy Valley for multiple visits in each of the past two years, Penn State has now nabbed its latest in-state commitment. He was also visited at his school by PSU head coach James Franklin.

The addition of Burnett brings the Nittany Lions to 10 commits in the 2025 cycle. The class now features five four-star recruits and ranks inside the top 15 in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.
