2024 top-100 IOL DeAndre Carter visiting Penn State
Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei four-star interior offensive lineman DeAndre Carter spent Saturday on an unofficial visit to Penn State. He shared a photo from the trip after it concluded.
Carter is the No. 76 overall prospect and No. 4 interior offensive lineman in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 8 player in California.
The 6-foot-4, 330-pound recruit holds 27 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, USC is leading for his commitment at 55.8%.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
