DL Sam Greene offered by Penn State
Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances Academy defensive lineman Sam Greene received an offer from Penn State. He announced the news over social media.
Greene is not ranked in the 2023 On3 Consensus or the 2023 On300. He is 6-foot-2 and weighs 265 pounds.
Greene has received multiple offers so far in his recruiting process. One of them recently came from Boston College.
Penn State’s 2023 recruiting class is currently ranked No. 11 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 2 in the Big Ten. The group currently contains one five-star, 13 four-stars and five three-stars.

The Nittany Lions currently have commitments from two defensive linemen. They are Philadelphia (Penn.) Roman Catholic four-star Jameial Lyons and Middle Village (N.Y.) Christ The King Regional three-star Tyriq Blanding.

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, it is a close race for Greene’s commitment. James Madison has the best chance at 30.8%, but Penn State isn’t far behind at 26.9%.
