Four-star interior offensive lineman Donovan Harbour of Waukesha (WI) Catholic Memorial High announced his commitment to Penn State Tuesday afternoon.

The 6-foot-4, 330 pounder chose the Nittany Lions over Ohio State, Oregon, and others.

Harbour on why he chose Penn State

“The academics and staff stood out,” Harbour said. “How they treated me and broke everything down and stuff. They kept it real with me, and also the fan base. This is a great fanbase school.

The Wisconsin offensive lineman joins coach Franklin and the Nittany Lions Top 12 class in the 2024 team rankings. He is accompanied by Quinton Martin, Jon Mitchell, Cooper Cousins, and others.

Donovan Harbour Scouting Summary

“Monster run blocker whose raw power and strength allow him to ragdoll his opponents at will. Threw 48-foot-7 in the shot put and 120-foot-9 in the discus during his sophomore track and field season. Fires off the ball and plays with excellent leverage at the point of attack. Solid balance and body control when working in space. Will need to develop footwork and hand placement in pass protection due to limited snaps as a pass protector. High upside prospect off of physical traits and movement skills. Will more than likely see him kick inside at the next level.
