2024 On3 top-75 RB Nathaniel Frazier receives his fourth offer of the day, from Penn State
Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei four-star running back Nathaniel Frazier received an offer from Penn State on Wednesday. It marked his fourth of the day, following ones from Alabama, Boston College and Nebraska.
Frazier is the No. 256 overall prospect and No. 23 running back in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 22 player in California.
On3 rates Frazier higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, he is the No. 70 running back, No. 7 running back and No. 4 player in California.
The 5-foot-11, 195-pound tailback holds eight offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Oregon leads for his commitment at 69.8%.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
