On3 4-star wideout Kyle Parker visiting Penn State this weekend

Lucas (Texas) Lovejoy wide receiver Kyle Parker is heading north to Keystone State this weekend for a Saturday visit to Penn State.

Parker is the No. 623 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He is ranked much higher in the 2023 On300 ranking at No. 299 overall. The Industry Comparison shows On3 rates Parker the highest among the major recruiting media companies.

Nittany Lions offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich is leading his recruitment.

“Coach Yurcich offered me and was telling me he wanted to add more receivers like me,” Parker told On3’s Sam Spiegelman. “He likes my speed, my height and how I fit in a more face-paced offense. I fit his system well and I know Coach Yurcich is a great play-caller and I could have a lot of success in that offense.”

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $14.4k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
