Penn State offers 2024 3-star IOL Devin Brooks

Clackamas (Ore.) three-star interior offensive lineman Devin Brooks received an offer from Penn State Friday afternoon. He announced the news on Twitter.
Brooks is the No. 458 overall prospect and No. 35 interior offensive lineman in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 3 player in Oregon.
The 6-foot-4, 300-pound Brooks holds 11 Power Five offers.
The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has Oregon as the heavy favorite to land a commitment from Brooks at 97%.
RPM was released to the public in December.
