Penn State offers 2025 running back Jordon Davison
Penn State has extended an offer to Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei running back Jordon Davison.
Davison rose onto the scene as a freshman this past fall for Mater Dei and has continued rising as the calendar flipped to 2022.
Davison currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $5.9k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
Joseph Hastings of Clemson Sports highlighted two running backs as among the best players at this past weekend’s Under Armour Next Camp Series: Los Angeles in San Diego Lincoln four-star running back Roderick Robinson and Davison.

“Davison is not a burner but, like Robinson, he created enough room to make his quarterbacks’ job as easy as it could be,” Hastings said. “We paid close attention to each of his one-on-one reps versus the linebackers, and did not see Davison drop one pass. The Mater Dei High School prospect has serviceable speed, reliable hands, and good route running for a player of his position, thus earning him a spot on our list. Arizona, Oregon, and Utah are some of Davison’s early offers.”
Robinson is the No. 292 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
