3-star WR Zion Fowler commits to Pitt

Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peters Prep three-star wide receiver Zion Fowler has committed to Pitt for the second time.

Fowler was previously committed to the Panthers from October 26 to November 18.

“After reflection and thought I have decided that the University of Pittsburgh is, and has always been, the best place for me. I want to thank all of the Pitt coaches for believing in me throughout this process and giving me a tremendous opportunity to represent a great program,” Fowler tweeted.

Fowler is the No. 1151 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $20k. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
