2023 Three-Star forward Baye Ndongo commits to Rutgers

Baye Ndongo, a three-star power forward in the 2023 class, has committed to Rutgers.
The 6-foot-10, 220-pound prospect at Denver Colorado Prep chose the Scarlet Knights over offers from Colorado, Nebraska, Michigan, and San Diego.
Ndongo is the third prospect to commit to Steve Pikiell in the 2023 class, joining four-star shooting guard Gavin Griffiths (No. 43) and three-star point guard Jamichael Davis.

According to the On3 Consensus, Ndongo ranks as the No. 243 overall prospect in the country. The On3 Consensus is the average ranking from all four major recruiting media companies (ESPN, 247Sports, Rivals, On3). He is expected to take a major jump in the next rankings update.
Ndongo on his commitment to Rutgers
“I chose Rutgers because of how they want to use me and I like the coaching,” Ndongo said to On3.
