On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine: South Carolina trending for Kelvin Hunter
Florence (S.C.) West Florence four-star safety Kelvin Hunter named his top five schools earlier this month, a list that included Appalachian State, Auburn, Michigan, South Carolina and Virginia Tech.
And just a few weeks later, one schools is heavily trending as the favorite to land him in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM). According to the RPM, South Carolina holds a 99.0 percent chance of securing his commitment.
No other program is currently above 1 percent.
Hunter is the No. 190 overall prospect and No. 18 safety in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also ranks as the No. 4 recruit in South Carolina.
