South Carolina head football coach Shane Beamer might be in the middle of a tough season with the Gamecocks, but he still managed to find his sense of humor and dress up for Halloween on Sunday.
There’s a a meme going around on social media that gave jobs to a number of coaches across the country that fits their personality.
There’s other funny ones above on the list that are actually spot on, like calling Nick Saban, a used car salesman. Sam Pittman is definitely a barbeque pitmaster. Labeling Jimbo Fisher as a insurance agent is just so perfect, because how often can you trust what he says? Not that often.
I’m not exactly sure how KD decided to tab South Carolina head coach Shane Beamer as a Chick Fil-A franchisee, but he did. The Gamecocks head football coach must have caught wind of the meme and decided to play along and dress up in the outfit for Halloween.

Odds are Beamer must be really polite because Chick Fil-A employees are known for being some of the most pleasant and they go the extra mile to serve their customers.
He had made a name for himself as a dynamic recruiter during his 21 seasons as an assistant coach on the FBS level, so that likely has something to do with it.
Being a Chick-Fil-A franchisee, that’s going to be a hard job to do unless you have a dynamic personality. His thoughts on the Georgia Bulldogs’ defense were certainly entertaining earlier this year.
Either way, the uniform looks sharp on Beamer. You never know, if things don’t work out at South Carolina after a few years, maybe Chick-Fil-A will have themselves a new franchisee.
Recruits Beamer has landed for different schools
The 44-year old head coach has landed some big-time commitments at a number of different schools he’s worked for over the years. The biggest recruit he’s credited with landing is without a doubt, Oklahoma quarterback Caleb Williams, On3’s No. 9 overall prospect in America for the class of 2021 recruiting rankings.
He also landed former five-star running back Zamir White for the Georgia Bulldogs. White just rushed for 105 yards in the Bulldogs 34-7 throttling of the Florida Gators.
The most accomplished player in the NFL that Beamer has landed over the years, would be South Carolina football legend Alshon Jeffery. The former South Carolina wide receiver shined the brightest in one of the greatest games in Gamecock football history, when they shocked the No.1 Alabama Crimson Tide 35-21 in 2010.
He hauled in seven catches for 127 yards and two touchdowns against Alabama in one of the greatest moments of South Carolina football history.
South Carolina faces the Florida Gators on Saturday. Kickoff is 7:30 PM EST.
