South Carolina offers 2024 4-star RB Braylen Russell

Benton (Ark.) four-star running back Braylen Russell received an offer from South Carolina Monday night. He announced the news on Twitter.

Russell is the No. 171 overall prospect and No. 16 running back in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 2 player in Arkansas.

On3 rates Russell higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, he is the No. 75 overall prospect, No. 8 running back and No. 1 player in Arkansas.

The 6-foot-1, 225-pound Russell holds six Power Five offers.

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has Arkansas with a slim lead over Ole Miss to land a commitment from Russell.
