The 6-foot-6, 230-pound Blackburn does not currently have a publicly listed On3 NIL Valuation. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Stanford sits one spot ahead of future ACC opponent North Carolina in the 2024 On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. The Cardinal hold a commitment from one of the best defensive linemen in the country in Benedict Umeh, who pledged to Stanford in early July. He is joined by blue-chip prospects Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei four-star quarterback Elijah Brown, Miami Christopher Columbus four-star EDGE Dylan Stephenson, Red Bank (N.J.) Catholic four-star wide receiver Emanuel Ross, Oakland (Calif.) Fremont four-star EDGE Naki Tuakoi and Rancho Santa Margarita (Calif.) four-star wide receiver Emmett Mosley.
