Springfield (Neb.) Platteview Senior three-star tight end Reiman Zebert has committed to Stanford, he announced on Tuesday evening.

He chose the Cardinal while also holding offers from the likes of Nebraska, Miami, Wisconsin, Kansas State and others.

Zebert is the No. 810 overall prospect and No. 46 TE in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 6 player in Nebraska.

He’s the sixth prospect to commit to the Cardinal this month, as Troy Taylor and Co. continue to build an impressive recruiting class this cycle. Zebert logged his official visit to Palo Alto on the weekend of May 31.

Stanford pushing for top-25 recruiting class

Stanford’s class now features 17 commitments and ranks No. 29 in the nation, according to the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. The class also currently ranks No. 5 in the ACC.

Murrieta (Calif.) Valley four-star quarterback Bear Bachmeier remains the headlining commit in the class, as he’s the lone top-300 pledge and is currently the No. 22 QB in the 2025 cycle, per the On3 Industry Ranking.

On3 four-star defensive lineman Adam Shovlin out of Oakdale (Conn.) St. Thomas More pledged last week, as did Pennington (N.J.) Hun School three-star DL Kole Briehler. Shovlin is the No. 25 DL in the cycle, per the On300.

“Honestly they treated me like a priority throughout the process,” Shovlin told On3. “Besides the degree, they’re on the come up. Promise you, this class is gonna shock the world in two years.”

Other June commits include Las Vegas Bishop Gorman three-star linebacker Landon McComber, Dallas South Oak Cliff three-star offensive tackle Emeka Ugorji and Laie (Hawaii) Kahuku three-star IOL Vaea Ikakoula.

Haverford (Pa.) three-star IOL Josh Williams and La Grange Park (Ill.) Nazareth Academy three-star EDGE Gabe Kaminski are both inside the top 500 overall. Newport Beach (Calif.) Corona Del Mar three-star tight end Zach Giuliano flipped to the Cardinal from Northwestern in April, while other top commits include Newark (N.J.) Malcom X Shabazz three-star safety Omari Gaines and Oakland (Calif.) Fremont three-star offensive tackle Siosiua Vete.
