Stanford offers 4-star IOL Jason Zandamela
Clearwater (Fla.) Clearwater Academy International four-star interior offensive lineman Jason Zandamela received an offer from Stanford on Monday. He announced the news over social media.
Zandamela is the No. 294 overall prospect and No. 21 interior offensive lineman in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 42 player in Florida.
On3 rates Zandamela higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, he is the No. 230 overall prospect, No. 16 interior offensive lineman and No. 28 player in Florida.
The 6-foot-2.5, 260-pound recruit holds 17 offers. Zandamela told Cole Pinkston of Auburn Live that Miami and Oklahoma are among the schools recruiting him hardest. He was recently reoffered by Auburn and is considering a visit to the Tigers.

“Oh yeah, I still talk to (Auburn), coach (Jake) Thornton,” Zandamela said to Pinkston on Feb. 7. “He has recruited me for a pretty good amount of time. I really think he’s a great coach, I think he’s real. I think he has the ability to coach athletic offensive linemen.”
Meanwhile, Zandamela took an unofficial visit to Florida State last month. The four-star, who gets “a special feeling every time” he is in Tallahassee, is very intrigued by the Seminoles.
“I’m getting recruited by a bunch of other schools,” Zandamela told Ira Schoffel of Warchant on Jan. 21. “But no other school, I feel like, would really care about me as a person as much as Florida State. Florida State cares as much about you as a football player as they would care about you as a person, like your mental health and all that. And I really appreciate that about them.”
