Stanford trailed Arizona State by 17 points in the second half on Wednesday. But the Cardinal got back in the game — and completed the comeback on a crazy buzzer-beater to advance in the Pac-12 Tournament.

Harrison Ingram brought the ball up the court for Stanford and lost the ball as he went up for a shot in the lane. But James Keefe was right there to grab it and put the shot up as the buzzer sounded. He got the friendly roll, and it went in.

The Cardinal did it. They pulled off the huge comeback.

The basket added to a huge day for Keefe. He finished with 16 points on 7-for-8 shooting along with 10 rebounds. Spencer Jones led all scorers with 26 points, including six three-pointers.

For Arizona State, Illinois State transfer DJ Horne had a team-high 21 points and drained five threes. Marreon Jackson had 14 points to provide a lift off the bench.

Stanford, the No. 9 seed, now advances to the quarterfinals to take on top-seeded Arizona in Las Vegas.
