3-star LB Kylan Salter commits to TCU
Cedar Hill (Texas) three-star linebacker Kylan Salter committed to TCU on Thursday. The 6-foot-0, 190 pound prospect is the No. 568 overall prospect and No. 53 linebacker in the 2023 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also rated as the No. 97 player in Texas.
Following Salter’s commitment, TCU’s class ranks No. 26 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 5 in the Big 12. De La Salle three-star interior offensive lineman Cooper Powers and Dallas (Texas) South Oak Cliff three-star interior offensive lineman Narado Stoker.

Salter took an official visit to TCU on June 16. His only other official was to Colorado on June 24. He also unofficially visited Oklahoma State on April 23.
He has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.2K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
