Four-Star WR Adrian Wilson commits to TCU
Four-star wide receiver Adrian Wilson of Pflugerville (TX) Weiss High announced his commitment to TCU Sunday afternoon.
The 6-foot-2, 173 pounder chose the Horned Frogs over Oklahoma, Oregon, and Ole Miss.
Wilson on why he chose TCU
“The coaching staff was very welcoming, as well as the players and other people on the staff,” Wilson said. “I talked to Ty Hawkins about an hour or two prior to his commitment and that kinda sealed the deal.”
Relationship with coaching staff
“I’m closest with Coach Kelly for sure,” Wilson said “He’s a great coach, and a great man.”
The Lone Star State wide receiver joins coach Sonny Dykes and the Horned Frogs 2025. He joins the No. 5 QB in the 2025 class, Ty Hawkins, who committed yesterday afternoon.
Wilson ranks as the No. 79 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 14 wide receiver and the No. 13 player in the state of Texas.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $64K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
