Tennessee offers top-40 WR Bryant Wesco
Midlothian (Texas) four-star wide receiver Bryant Wesco received an offer from Tennessee Wednesday night. He announced the news on Twitter.
Wesco is the No. 34 overall prospect and No. 9 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 7 player in Texas.
On3 rates Wesco higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, Wesco is the No. 25 overall prospect in the country, the No. 6 wide receiver and No. 6 player in Texas.
The 6-foot-2, 180-pounder holds several Power Five offers and the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently has TCU as the favorite to land a commitment from Wesco at 63.4%.
So far this year Wesco has visited Miami (Jan. 21), Oklahoma (Jan. 28), TCU (Jan. 29), Clemson (March 15) and Miami (March 21).
The offer from Tennessee came a few hours after Wesco announced his top 8 schools. Wesco’s list of top schools include Arkansas, Clemson, Colorado, LSU, Nebraska, Oklahoma, TCU and Texas.
“It’s like a movie right now,” Wesco told On3 earlier in the month about his recent run of offers. “I never know what’s coming next. It’s so fast and so unexpected to me, and every offer I get, it’s as blessing.”

Wesco currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $113K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
