Four-star linebacker Jordan Burns of Atlanta (GA) Pace Academy announced his commitment to Tennessee Tuesday afternoon.

The 6-foot-1, 220 pounder chose the Vols over Arkansas and Vandy.

Burns on why he chose Tennessee

“I just loved the staff and the coaches along with Tennessee being my dream school,” Burns said. “They are just real people and great people there.”

Relationship with coaching staff + their plan for Burns

“I’m closest with coach BJ, coach Heupel, coach Harbin, and coach Banks,” Burns said. “The staff is amazing. I really think they are great people.”

“They plan to use me at middle backer and blitzing and coming off the edge. They tell me that they love me and can develop me.”
