Tennessee offers 3-star cornerback Smith Snowden

Tennessee has extended an offer to Lehi (Utah) Skyridge three-star cornerback Smith Snowden.
Snowden is the No. 437 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
Kahuku (Hawaii) Skyridge four-star EDGE Tausili Akana, Provo (Utah) Timpview four-star offensive tackle Spencer Fano, American Fork (Utah) four-star EDGE Hunter Clegg, Provo (Utah) Timpview four-star defensive lineman Siale Esera and Sandy (Utah) Alta four-star offensive tackle Taliafi Ta’ala
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.1k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine has Northwestern as the favorite to land Snowden with a 39.6% chance.
Snowden took an official visit to the school in May, and Snowden came away very impressed with the visit.

“I had a great time,” Snowden told On3. “The staff alone at Northwestern says a lot. They have been there for a while, so there is stability there. I just enjoyed the whole visit. The coaches are great people, the academics are so strong, the Chicago life is different [in a good way], and Big Ten football is a big deal.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.
