Class of 2024 QB Miles O'Neill commits to Texas A&M
Class of 2024 quarterback Miles O’Neill of Marblehead (MA) Hun School announced his commitment to Texas A&M Wednesday evening.
The 6-foot-5, 220 pounder chose the Aggies over Michigan State, Penn State, and Pitt.
O’Neill on why he chose Texas A&M
“When I went on my official visit I felt wanted,” O’Neill said. “The coaches kept telling me I was their guy and how much they wanted me. The players and the coaches all have that winning mentality.”
His relationship with the coaching staff stood out
“My relationship with them (the staff) is great,” O’Neill said. “I’m very close with Coach Petrino and love the type of offense he runs. Coach Fisher and I have talked many times and he thinks very highly of me.”
Joining 2 QB Class and how that factored into Miles O’Neill’s decision
“It doesn’t play a big factor in my decision because I like to compete. There is no problem for me in being a part of a 2 QB class and I can’t wait to get to work.”

The New Jersey quarterback joins coach Jimbo Fisher and the Aggies’ top 20 class in the 2024 team rankings. He is accompanied by four-star defensive lineman Dealyn Evans, four-star safety Jordan Pride, and others.
O’Neill ranks as the No. 795 player in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 49 quarterback and the No. 15 player in the state of New Jersey.
He currently does not have an On3 NIL Valuation publicly listed. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
