Aggies trending for a top tight end at major position of need
Tight end is a big position of need for Texas A&M in this 2025 recruiting cycle.
And the Aggies are trending for one of the nation’s best.
Jasper (Texas) High On300 prospect Kiotti Armstrong is on his official visit to College Station. Texas A&M has been considered the program to beat since the start of the year for the 6-foot-5, 246-pound Armstrong, and the intel continues to favor the in-state program.
Now the On3 RPM reflects that as well.
Armstrong is one of the coveted players at the position for first-year head coach Mike Elko and his staff and they’re working hard to add him to a class that currently has 13 commits and ranks No. 10 nationally.

Armstrong is also strongly considering opportunities from Baylor, Auburn and Texas, but it wouldn’t be surprising if he’s one of the next in the fold for Texas A&M.
In addition to Armstrong, Texas A&M is also all in on five-star Linkon Cure and fellow On300 recruits Nick Townsend and Chase Loftin.
Armstrong ranks as the On3 Industry’s No. 4 tight end and No. 114 prospect overall.
